Job Summary:
A Digital Banking Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital banking strategies to enhance customer experience, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develops and executes digital banking strategies to meet business objectives.

2.  Oversees digital channels, such as online banking, mobile banking, and social media.

3. Enhances customer experience through digital channels, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and seamless transactions.

4.Develops and launches new digital products and services.

5.  Analyzes data to inform digital banking strategies, identify trends, and measure performance.

6.  Ensures the security and integrity of digital banking systems and transactions.

7. Works with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service.
