Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. This may include SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, PPC, and more.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators, SEO specialists, PPC specialists, and social media managers.Campaign Management: Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy.SEO Strategy: Manage and improve the website's search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance organic traffic, keyword rankings, and visibility in search engine results.Paid Advertising: Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and analyze social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency in campaigns.A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests and other methods to optimize conversion rates and overall digital marketing performance.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, recommending and implementing relevant innovations.SkillsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising tools.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Data-driven decision-making and analytical abilities.Strong project management and organizational skills.
