Digital Marketing Manager - Capital Cloud

Plan and execute all digitalmarketing including SEO/SEM marketing database email social mediaand display advertising campaigns Design build and maintain oursocial media presence Measure and report performance of all digitalmarketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performancebased on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan execute and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages andoptimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability toevaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels andcustomer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimizeuser funnels Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership andperspective for adoption whereappropriate

• BS/MS degree in marketingor a related field
• Proven working experience indigital marketing
• Demonstrable experienceleading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social mediaand/or display advertising campaigns
• Highlycreative with experience in identifying target audiences anddevising digital campaigns that engage inform andmotivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pagesand user funnels
• Experience with A/B andmultivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge ofwebsite analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight OmnitureWebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad servingtools (e.g. DART Atlas)
• Experience in settingup and optimizing Google Adwordscampaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML CSS andJavaScript development and constraints
• Stronganalytical skills and datadriventhinking
• Uptodate with the latest trends andbest practices in online marketing andmeasurement
