Digital Marketing Manager isresponsible for developing and implementing strategies that promotea company or brands products through paid media channels andoptimising towards predefined KPIs in accordance with theorganisationsobjectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Planand execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM paid socialmedia and display advertisingcampaigns.
  • Develop strategies that drivecustomers to the app.
  • Maintain and optimisetowards healthy funnel conversion rates.
  • Handlestrategic online initiatives.
  • Identify trendsand insights and optimize spend and performance based on thoseinsights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growthstrategies.
  • Create MMP tracker links forcorresponding campaigns or content.
  • Deliverquantifiable improvements across all platforms in ROI andCPA.
  • Deliver measurable results against setstrategic KPIs.
  • Plan execute and measureexperiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience.
  • Utilize strong analytical abilityto evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channelsand customer touch points.
  • Collaborate withagencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluateemerging technologies. Provide leadership and perspective foradoption where appropriate.
  • Stay up to datewith the latest technology and bestpractices.
  • Prepare manage and control thedigital marketing budget.
  • Suggest activitiesfor improving the quality of onlinecontent.
  • Track and measure SEO and GoogleAnalytics metrics and provide daily weekly and monthly reports (asneeded).
  • Lead supervise and motivate members ofthe digital marketing team.
  • Researchcompetitors and provide suggestions forimprovement

Requirements:

  • 4years of experience as a Digital MarketingManager
  • Bachelors degree in marketing orbusiness
  • Great problemsolvingskills
  • Proficient in photo and video editingsoftware such as Adobe
  • Deep knowledge of webdesign principles
  • Proficient in MS Office Suiteincluding Outlook Excel and Word.
  • Ability toidentify long term trends in data
  • Greatcommunication skills
  • Experience working with acontent management system
  • Strong projectmanagement skills
