Responsibilities

• Developand execute digital marketing campaigns across various channelsincluding search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization(SEO) social media email marketing and displayadvertising
• Conduct market research andanalysis to identify target audiences market trends and competitorstrategies
• Optimize website content and landingpages to improve organic search rankings and conversionrates
• Plan and manage social media campaigns toenhance brand presence and engage with targetaudiences
• Monitor and analyze key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketingefforts and make datadriven decisions foroptimization
• Collaborate with internal teamsand external partners to create and optimize digital contentincluding websites blog posts and social mediaposts
• Stay uptodate with industry bestpractices emerging trends and new technologies in digitalmarketing
• Track and report on campaignperformance providing regular updates tostakeholders
• Manage relationships with externalvendors and agencies to support digital marketinginitiatives

Requirements

• Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or a related field; additionalcertifications in digital marketing arepreferred
• Proven experience as a DigitalMarketing Specialist or in a similarrole
• Strong knowledge of digital marketingchannels platforms and bestpractices
• Experience with search enginemarketing (SEM) and search engine optimization(SEO)
• Proficiency in digital analytics toolssuch as Google Analytics and social media analyticsplatforms
• Solid understanding of websiteanalytics A/B testing and conversion rateoptimization
• Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with a datadrivenmindset
• Strong project management andorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaignsand initiatives simultaneously
• Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal
• Creative thinking and ability togenerate innovative ideas for digitalcampaigns
