Job Description - Digital Paid Media Specialist

Title: Digital Paid Media Specialist

We are hiring a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Setup and manage ads on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, YouTube
• Audience building & re -targeting
• A/B testing campaigns
• Pixel & tracking setup
• Optimize CPL & CPA
• Report weekly performance

Requirements

2–4 years hands -on experience
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager / Snapchat / TikTok 
Experience with Google Ads
Data -driven mindset
Experience in lead generation preferred
