Overlake Golf & Country Club (OGCC) was originally established in 1927 on this beautiful site in the hidden neighborhood of Medina, Washington. It has evolved over the years into a family country club with modern values and has become a place where the members gather to enjoy dining, social activities, golf, tennis and aquatics with family, friends, and business associates. We are known as the premier family club in the Pacific Northwest, and we take great pride in our unrivaled hospitality, our commitment to environmental stewardship, and in developing our staff. Our hourly wage range is $20–25/hour, depending on experience, and we operate as a non-tipping restaurant.

We are seeking:

• Fine Dining Servers with at least 2 years of serving experience.
• Host and Server Assistants with 1 year in hospitality.
• Food Runner with at least 1 year restaurant experience.

Job Summary:
To provide exceptional dining service to Overlake Golf and Country Club members and their guests by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish, ensuring a memorable experience in our premier dining spaces.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet members warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on member preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Check in with members to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Bill the members correctly and accurately split checks as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Assist with bussing duties, including clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Support hosting duties, such as welcoming members at the door, managing reservations, and seating guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance member experience.
• Handle member complaints or escalate them to management as needed.
• Assist in opening and/or closing duties, including setting up and breaking down service areas.
• Monitor and maintain stock of supplies like napkins, condiments, and utensils.
• Adhere to dress code and personal hygiene standards.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience to ensure member satisfaction and repeat business.
• Perform all other front of house duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to complete background check.
• Must have Food Handler's Permit and/or MAST License or willing to obtain one (position dependent) .
• Work at least one weekend day required – both days preferred.
• Private club experience preferred
• Ability perform Server, Host or Server Assistant responsibilities to the upmost ability
