Job Description - Director, Advisory

We are currently looking for a Director to join our Advisory team, who is going to be responsible for full client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing and building teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offerings.

Key responsibilities and objectives :
  • Builds deep, longterm business relationships at a strategic and decisionmaking levels with the intention of placing TAM as a trusted strategic partner
  • Actively leads business development
  • Drives team quality control and integrates recommendations across multiple projects at one client
  • Leads knowledge and integrated thinking to team problemsolving
  • Leads team's health, energy and dynamics
  • Makes meaningful contributions to building TAM practices, functions, processes & other internal matters
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, Doctorate or an MBA qualification is a plus
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Significant experience in a management consultancy on a level of Manager or above is a must
  • History of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting is a must
  • Successfully managed multiple and largescale projects
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

  • Strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to creatively solve complex problems
  • Strong research methodology and analytical skills
  • Strong networker and sharing of ideas and knowledge
  • Clear and uptodate understanding consulting latest and best practices
  • Ability to think strategically in terms of culture and behavior, business processes and technology and tools
  • People oriented and value driven
