Director - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to enhance revenue and customer engagement.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.

• At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in entertainment, leisure, or real estate industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that yield measurable results.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Strong negotiation, communications, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
