Responsibilities

• Design and implement the commercial strategy to drive revenue and market share growth.
• Lead the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Forge and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform commercial decision-making.
• Oversee marketing efforts, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and brand identity.
• Manage the budgeting process for commercial activities and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business planning and execution.

• At least 10-15 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with market analysis tools and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desired.
