• A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, particularly in the entertainment or leisure industries.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving business profitability.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth understanding of market dynamics and the ability to conduct thorough market analysis.
