Qiddiya Investment Company is poised to redefine residential living in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a robust Director - Development - Residential - Villas to lead the charge. In this strategic role, you will oversee the development of upscale villa communities that align with Qiddiya’s vision for a vibrant, sustainable, and interactive urban environment.

Your mission will be to conceptualize, design, and bring to fruition an exceptional residential product that meets market demands while embodying luxury and comfort. You will work closely with a diverse team of experts to ensure that each villa development resonates with Qiddiya’s core values and design philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development process for residential villa projects, from market research and feasibility studies to design, construction, and delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of all development initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement high-quality residential villas that meet customer needs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and foster positive relationships within the community.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability guidelines, and quality assurance processes throughout project lifecycle.
• Stay informed on market trends and best practices in villa development to enhance project differentiation and value.
• Mentor and guide the development team, fostering professional growth and effective teamwork.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management, communicating progress and addressing challenges effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in residential development, with a strong focus on villa or luxury housing projects.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale residential projects from inception through completion.
• Strong understanding of market demands, design standards, and construction processes for residential villas.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively, adapting to changing priorities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
