Riverbed is looking for a seasoned Director of Enterprise Sales to run our

KSA region.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, EMEA Emerging, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives selling into large enterprise accounts across the largest companies, balancing management activities including quota setting, forecasting, goal and development planning and recruiting.

What you will doAs part of the META Sales Management Team, you will:

Lead in the development of the assigned region goals, sales strategies, and business value actions.

Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate successful high-end SaaS/Software sales teams.

Build and execute a robust and scalable enterprise sales plan that covers a go-to-market strategy for complex sales, high-touch modeling, and alliances and partnerships.

Develop and effectively demonstrate the value of Riverbed’s platform, highlighting the ROI, and build a roadmap and vision for customers and strategic partners in the region to understand the long-term benefits of the platform.

Work with regional sales team to implement and execute an effective account management strategy, leveraging cross functional teams as required.

Influence and establish long term relationships with C-level executives, stakeholders, and partners within strategic high value accounts.

Build a high-performance, platform solution-sales based sales culture.

Drive performance management metrics and processes to track team productivity and effectiveness toward revenue goals.

Build a short and long-term business pipeline strategy of business; ensure attainment of quarterly revenue goals and maintain perfect linearity and forecasting accuracy.

What makes you an ideal candidate

Proven Success in leading and motivating successful SaaS/Software sales teams.

Fluency in English

Domain competent in a least one of the following disciplines: Visibility/Observability, SaaS, Cloud Architecture

Proven Success in leading and motivating high growth sales teams serving large enterprise customers.

History of exceeding team quotas of $4+ million ACV

Expertise in cross -and up-selling to large global Enterprise, Service provider and System Integrator verticals.

Ability to personally scale net-new business growth from existing customer relationships, which will result and develop into repeatable business.

Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing complex sales.

Demonstrated capacity to keep abreast of new innovative technology trends and how they would apply to real world projects.

High degree of motivation and professionalism with advanced organizational, project management, negotiation, change management, critical thinking skills, process management, leadership, coaching, mentoring, resource management, and team building skills.

Degree: MBA degree is a plus.
