Director - Gaming & Esports Strategy Support

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director - Gaming & Esports Strategy Support to join our team and lead the strategic planning and execution of gaming and esports projects.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our gaming and esports offerings, forging partnerships, and ensuring that our projects align with a vision of world-class entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Executive Director to formulate and implement the overarching strategy for gaming and esports initiatives, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s goals and objectives.

- Oversee the development and execution of gaming and esports events, tournaments, and community engagement activities that resonate with target audiences.

- Lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks within the gaming and esports sectors.

- Build and maintain partnerships with gaming studios, esports organizations, sponsors, to enhance brand visibility and event success.

- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for gaming and esports initiatives to ensure project deliverables and KPIs are met.

- Prepare high-level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders to communicate strategies, progress, and results effectively.

- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to enhance gaming and esports offerings.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.

- At least 10 years of experience in gaming, esports, or entertainment sectors with demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities.
