We invite applications for the position of Director - Infrastructure, a vital role that entails comprehensive oversight and direction of our infrastructure development initiatives. This position is instrumental in ensuring that our infrastructure projects align with the strategic vision of the company and contribute to the successful realization of Qiddiya's ambitious master plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning, design, and execution of all infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the overarching vision of Qiddiya.
• Establish and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring all projects meet established goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including governmental authorities, to secure necessary approvals and permits.
• Administer contracts and manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure that all infrastructure developments comply with local regulations and industry standards.
• Facilitate regular project reviews to evaluate progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Drive innovation and best practices in infrastructure development, focusing on sustainability and resilience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, promoting professional growth and a high level of performance.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a strong advantage.
