Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall master planning vision for land development projects within Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Lead the master planning process, including conceptual design, land use analysis, and integration of environmental, economic, and social considerations.
• Coordinate with a diverse team of stakeholders, including local authorities, community members, and interdisciplinary professionals to gather input and ensure compliance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of master planning projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations, project updates, and stakeholder reports to senior management and executive teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation in master planning initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of creative thinking and excellence in land development practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in master planning or land development, with extensive experience in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of master planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from ideation through to implementation.
• Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in project schedules, budgets, and resource management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A creative and strategic thinker, capable of developing innovative solutions to complex planning problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficient in conveying complex concepts to various audiences.
