Director Of Commercial

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Revenue to lead the revenue management function at the prestigious Makkah. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, leadership capability, and a proven background in luxury hospitality. This is a rare opportunity to drive commercial performance at one of Makkah’s most iconic properties.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Revenue will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, leading the revenue team, and collaborating across departments to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality sector, hands-on experience in managing large-scale or multi-unit revenue operations, and a keen sense of market dynamics in the Middle East and religious tourism.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the luxury hospitality sector.
  


• Must have managed 500+ keys or held a cluster/regional revenue role.
  


• Demonstrated success in improving RevPAR, GOP, and market share.
  


• Expertise in revenue tools such as IDeaS, Duetto, CRS, PMS, and channel managers.
  


• Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
  


• Bachelor's degree in Revenue Management, Finance, Hospitality, or equivalent.
  


• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  


• Muslim candidate only due to operational and cultural sensitivities.
