THE OPPORTUNITY

UltimatePeaks is retained by one of Saudi Arabia's largest and most established logistics and courier groups — a market leader with a nationwide footprint spanning hundreds of service centers and operations extending across the GCC and beyond.

The group is entering an accelerated growth phase and is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead its brand transformation and digital marketing agenda. This is a high-impact role at the center of the company's ambition to evolve from a logistics operator into a recognizable, digitally-native consumer brand — one that resonates with the next generation of Saudi customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Brand Strategy & Transformation

  • Define and execute a bold brand repositioning strategy that modernizes the company's identity across all touchpoints.
  • Develop a unified visual language applicable to digital, physical, fleet, and service center environments.
  • Own brand health metrics — awareness, sentiment, NPS — and drive continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Lead the social media strategy across Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn with Snapchat as the primary growth channel.
  • Build an always-on Arabic-first content engine that speaks authentically to Saudi consumers.
  • Drive influencer and creator partnerships, performance marketing, and app acquisition campaigns.

Commercial Marketing & Campaigns

  • Design integrated campaigns aligned to revenue targets — B2C, B2B, and e-commerce merchant segments.
  • Lead high-impact seasonal activations: Ramadan, National Day, 11.11, and more.
  • Own marketing attribution and KPI reporting with full commercial accountability.

Team & Agency Leadership

  • Build and lead an internal marketing team spanning creative, digital, and content.
  • Manage agency relationships across creative, media, PR, and production.
  • Establish marketing operations discipline — budget, process, and reporting cadence.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a young, ambitious Saudi marketer — someone who does not just understand digital, but lives it. You grew up on Snapchat. You know what makes content travel in the Saudi feed. You have built brands, not just managed them.

  • Experience: 6–10 years in marketing with a strong digital and brand focus
  • Digital Fluency: Native command of Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads ecosystems
  • Brand Building: Proven track record leading brand transformation or major rebranding
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi consumer culture and social media behavior
  • Languages: Arabic (native) and English (professional)
  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent
  • Highly Valued:
    • Strong familiarity with Saudi digital ecosystems and content dynamics
    • Experience operating in high-growth, consumer-facing environments
    • Ability to build culturally relevant campaigns that resonate locally
