About the location:

Steps from the Prophets Mosque our Hotel willoffer luxury accommodation for the citys 1.5 million annualvisitors. The newbuild hotel will be located at the heart ofMadinah and steps from one of the most historic and significantsites in the region: AlMasjid anNabawi also known as the ProphetsMosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque which is regardedas the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Director ofMarketing

We currently have anopportunity for Director of Marketing to join our Four SeasonsHotel Madinah opening team!

Reporting to the GeneralManager you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership teamthat is collectively responsible for making key strategic andoperational decisions for the hotel.

The Director of Marketingoversees all marketing activities with the support of teamsincluding Sales Revenue Management Reservations and PublicRelations. This leadership role focuses on all Sales Marketing andproduct development activities to ensure strategies yield maximumrevenue per room occupied and support brand clarity (DNA).

In collaboration with yourGeneral Manager you will provide direction on pricing revenuemanagement MarCom Rooms sales strategy and tactics. You will beresponsible for developing and implementing the Annual Sales andMarketing Plan and budget process analysing the propertyscapabilities and identifying the direct sales advertising andpublic relations programs to attract business developing marketingprograms managing hotel presence and content across allcommunication channels developing the Public Relations strategy andcrafting Social Media strategy and distribution outlets along withoverseeing updates and execution in collaboration with your PRDirector.

You will have aspecial talent for building leading coaching training anddeveloping a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home andreceive the highest levels of support and care along with creatinga great workplace for all great people to deliver greatexperiences.

OurIdeal Director of Marketing candidate will have:

Sales and marketing experience withstrong revenue and budget management skills exceptionalcommunication skills with the ability to build trust and confidencewith your team and your stakeholders.

A strategist who understandsthe luxury market customer and travel preferences; the ability tothink critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resourcesto implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives; have anexceptional eye for detail and a creative flair; bringing yourpersonal touch and energy to our hotel.

Suitable candidatesmust be eligible to work in Madinah Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabicand English is essential.
