About The Family and Social Services Administration:
The Division of Mental Health and Addiction supports Indiana’s network of mental health care providers. We operate six hospitals and fund addiction and prevention programs.
Role Overview:
This position will oversee and lead the teams carrying out our Comprehensive Crisis System and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) system transformation efforts. In addition, this position will oversee all existing mental health and wellness initiatives, funding, and programs supported through our state and federal funds. DMHA seeks a high level executive that is able to ensure that all the necessary steps are taken to keep both projects on track, manage and direct the relationship with Medicaid and other payors as well as a variety of stakeholder relationships, and develop and manage objectives and key results for projects to ensure quality outcomes. This position will also supervise a large team of state employees and contractors.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $93,002.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
