Job Description - Director of Sales Marketing

Tocoordinate an effective and efficient Payroll management / Resourceallocation through establishing a flexible work force throughoutthe division, based on the principles of Multitasking and multiTasking.
To establish annual budget, marketingplan and actions plans, with measurable objectives so as to achieverevenue and profit goals outlined in the annual businessplan.
To maintain complete and supportedrecords of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotelas per Sofitel Luxury hotels Policies andProcedures.
To have a good understanding ofcontribution margins of each product results and work withrespective heads of departments to maximize Operatingresults.
To set individual sales goals bysegments and by sales managers and executives, track and reviewproductivity on a monthly, quarterlybasis.
