Director - Projects (DEL-252)

Qiddiya Investment Company is a pioneer in creating incredible entertainment and leisure experiences in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic Director - Projects (DEL-252) to oversee the execution of high-profile projects within our expansive portfolio.

In this leadership role, you will be accountable for driving project performance and alignment with our company’s strategic objectives. Your expertise will be vital in navigating complex project landscapes, fostering teamwork, and ensuring delivery excellence in all phases of project development.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Delivery, the Director - Projects will be responsible for:

• Leading a team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget while adhering to strategic goals.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including governmental entities, contractors, and consultants.
• Implementing project management best practices, ensuring all aspects of delivery are optimized for success.
• Assisting in the development and refinement of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Tracking project progress and managing risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project operations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, , or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or entertainment-related projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.
• Experience in working effectively with diverse stakeholders and navigating a collaborative environment.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
