We are seeking a visionary Director - Projects to spearhead the planning and execution of our ambitious projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver unforgettable experiences.

As the Director - Projects, you will manage large-scale initiatives, leading a diverse team while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Your leadership will be central to driving innovation, managing logistical complexities, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director of Delivery, the Director - Projects will be responsible for:

• Leading the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring effective project management from conception to completion.
• Developing comprehensive project plans that align with company goals, including defining scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and address challenges.
• Monitoring project performance, implementing corrective actions, and reporting progress to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and developing project management teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction or development projects, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in risk management and managing project finances effectively.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of large-scale project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
