The Opportunity

We are seeking a Divisional Quality Assurance Manager to join our Protein Business Unit. This role is responsible for driving business performance through full compliance with Poultry Quality Management Systems and achieving divisional quality objectives by leading processes, people, and resources.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, Microbiology, or related field


• Desirable: Master’s degree in relevant discipline


• Certifications: FSSC, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor (preferred)

Experience

• Essential:
  
  
  
  • 12 to 15+ years in the food/poultry industry within a multinational environment
  
  
  • Expertise in meat and poultry product technology
  
  
  • Broad food production and quality experience
  
  
  • Strong experience in ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, AIBI, FSSC 22000
  
  
  • Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and food law
