Document Controller

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the effective management and control of project documentation throughout its lifecycle. Your primary tasks will include organizing and maintaining document control systems, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of documents, and facilitating the distribution of documentation to relevant stakeholders. You will collaborate with project teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in document control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

• Proven work experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role
• Familiarity with document management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
