Drafting Trainer - SMP

• BS Engineering or Associate Degree or two-year Diploma in Drafting Technology (Preferably Bachelor Degree in either Mechanical, Civil, or Architecture).
• High School/Vocational School Diploma in Engineering Drawing.
• Experience in Drafting works for either mechanical, civil works, structural or architectural.
• Experience in using Microstation or AutoCAD Software.
• Experience in mentoring or delivering of instructions.
• High level of computer and technology skills.

Industrial Skills:

• Prepares and maintains training materials: lesson plans, in house quizzes, tests, trainees’ records, supplies, tools and training aids.
• Instructs trainees in basic/intermediate/advanced plant activities in a classroom with skills, techniques, methods, language and procedures.
• Managing trainees and maintain class discipline.
• Develops, conducts and evaluates written and performance tests and collects feedback.
