E-commerce Store Manager | مدير متجر إلكتروني

الهدف من الوظيفة | Job Purpose

إدارة وتشغيل المتجر الإلكتروني بشكل متكامل، وتحسين أدائه التجاري والتشغيلي، ورفع المبيعات وتحسين تجربة العملاء، من خلال إدارة المنتجات والطلبات والمخزون، ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء، وتنفيذ مبادرات التحسين والنمو المستمر.

To manage the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce store, optimize commercial and operational performance, increase sales, and enhance customer experience through effective product and order management, inventory coordination, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities

• إدارة المتجر | Store Operations: إدارة العمليات اليومية للمتجر وضمان جاهزيته ودقة بياناته واستمرارية تشغيله.Manage daily store operations, ensuring store readiness, data accuracy, and smooth business continuity.

• تجربة العميل | Customer Experience: تحسين رحلة العميل داخل المتجر، ومعالجة التحديات التي تؤثر على تجربة الشراء ورضا العملاء.Optimize the customer journey and address issues affecting the shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
• إدارة المنتجات | Product Management: الإشراف على إضافة المنتجات وتحديثها، والأسعار، والوصف، والصور، والعروض الترويجية.Oversee product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, promotions, and product information accuracy.
• المبيعات والأداء | Sales & Performance: متابعة المبيعات وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء وتحديد فرص تحسين الإيرادات ومعدلات التحويل.Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and conversion rates.
• الطلبات والمخزون | Orders & Inventory: متابعة توفر المنتجات، ودقة المخزون، وتنفيذ الطلبات، والتنسيق مع فرق الشحن والتوصيل.Monitor product availability, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and coordination with shipping and delivery teams.
• التسويق والعروض | Marketing & Promotions: التنسيق مع فريق التسويق لتنفيذ الحملات والعروض ومتابعة تأثيرها على المبيعات.Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions, measuring their impact on sales and store performance.
• تحليل البيانات والتقارير | Data Analysis & Reporting: إعداد تقارير دورية عن المبيعات، والمنتجات الأكثر مبيعًا، ومعدلات التحويل، وأداء المتجر، وتقديم توصيات عملية للتحسين.Prepare regular reports on sales, best-selling products, conversion rates, and overall store performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• التحسين المستمر | Continuous Improvement: تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية، واقتراح الحلول، وتنفيذ التحسينات التي ترفع الكفاءة وتدعم نمو المتجر.Identify operational challenges and implement improvements that increase efficiency and support sustainable store growth.

• خبرة عملية في إدارة أو تشغيل المتاجر الإلكترونية.Proven experience managing or operating e-commerce stores.
• فهم جيد لعمليات التجارة الإلكترونية، وإدارة المنتجات والطلبات والمخزون.Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product management, order fulfillment, and inventory coordination.
• خبرة في متابعة المبيعات وتحليل البيانات ومؤشرات الأداء.Experience monitoring sales, analyzing data, and tracking key performance indicators.
• معرفة بالتسويق الرقمي والعروض الترويجية وتحسين معدلات التحويل.Knowledge of digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتنظيم والمتابعة وإدارة الأولويات.Strong problem-solving, organizational, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل عملي ومباشر مع مختلف الفرق لضمان تحقيق أهداف المتجر.A hands-on approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve store objectives.
