As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join their engineering team.

Position Summary

This opportunity is ideal for a recent Electrical Engineering graduate looking to build a successful career within the telecommunications infrastructure industry. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on exposure to engineering design, site execution, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of telecom electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of electrical systems for telecommunications infrastructure projects.
  


• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
  


• Participate in site surveys, inspections, and technical assessments.
  


• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  


• Prepare engineering reports, project documentation, and as-built drawings.
  


• Assist in troubleshooting electrical and power-related issues at telecom sites.
  


• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  


• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  


• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  


• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, engineering standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
  


• Participate in project handovers and quality inspections.
  


• Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and practical experience.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  


• Fresh graduate or up to one (1) year of relevant experience.
  


• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership/Professional Accreditation is mandatory.
  


• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and power distribution systems.
  


• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering software is preferred.
  


• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  


• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  


• Willingness to travel to project sites within Saudi Arabia when required.
  


• A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
