About the Opportunity

Jobskey is hiring experienced Electrical Foremen for a prestigious high-rise building development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for skilled professionals with extensive experience supervising electrical installation works on large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, or high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities and ensure work progresses according to project schedules.
• Lead and coordinate electrical technicians, electricians, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Supervise the installation of:
  • Power Distribution Systems
  • Lighting Systems
  • Cable Trays & Containment
  • Conduits & Trunking
  • ELV Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems
• Ensure all installations comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and international standards.
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC Engineers, Consultants, and Client Representatives.
• Monitor manpower productivity, material usage, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate electrical activities with Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, and MEP teams.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to the Senior Electrical Engineer.
• Ensure strict compliance with Quality Assurance (QA/QC) procedures and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant trade certifications are an added advantage.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience supervising electrical installation works.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects.
• Experience with main contractors on commercial, residential, hotel, or mixed-use developments.
• Gulf experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, will be an added advantage.
