Electrical Superintendent - Construction (Saudi Arabia)

In this critical role, you will oversee electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. The Electrical Superintendent will lead a team of electricians and coordinate with contractors to ensure that electrical installations and modifications are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and engineers, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Review electrical design plans, specifications, and drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with code requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks associated with electrical operations.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and issue resolution support to electricians and the project team.
• Document and report all electrical construction activities, including inspections, issues, and resolutions.
• Foster a culture of safety on the job site through training and adherence to safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices during construction activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical construction, preferably within the Construction or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong background in managing electrical construction projects and teams.
• Experience with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of motivating teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Relevant electrical certifications and licenses are a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software is advantageous.
