Electrical Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of Banknote Processing Systems


• Read drawings and do the maintenance & installation of equipment’s/cable/conduits as per the drawings


• Install other G+D products as per requirements in any location premises in the Kingdome when/if needed


• Deliver proper telephone and email support to customer 


• Create incident report on G+D CRM system for each corrective maintenance ticket he receive   


• Work independently and/or with a team of technicians and helpers


• Troubleshoot installed automation systems to identify the root cause of the problem and provide proper closure for the incident


• Provide excellent customer service


• Perform a wide variety of functions associated with servicing, programming and testing of systems on site which includes and not limited to Banknote Processing Systems, Material handling systems, security systems,..etc


• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and other records


• Responsible for the performance of other tasks related to this position as they are assigned by the management


• Perform additional assignments per the direct manager’s direction


• Ensure high service quality; build up a strong link to customer’s operational staff based on technical excellence and reliability


• Ensure daily working hours posting through G+D portals/apps and link it with project / incident 

Job Requirements:

• Due to Saudization the role is open to Saudi National only


• Should have a Diploma in Electronics or electrical


• Should have acceptable verbal & written communication in English; 


• Self-starter; cooperative attitude; team player 


• Should be fast learner and dedicated


• Local Traveling time +50%


• Based in Riyadh
