Engineering Manager Civil & Buildings

Overview

The Engineering Manager (Civil & Buildings) will manage all civil, structural, earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities, depot, and building engineering activities associated with the programme.

Your role

• Manage civil and buildings engineering delivery across all project phases.
• Coordinate technical reviews for earthworks, structures, roads, drainage, buildings, and utilities packages.
• Ensure engineering compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Lead coordination between design consultants, contractors, authorities, and operational stakeholders.
• Review construction methodologies, temporary works proposals, and technical submittals.
• Support interface coordination between civil infrastructure and railway systems packages.
• Monitor engineering progress, technical risks, and construction support requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for civil and buildings assets.

About you

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in civil and buildings engineering delivery.
• Experience on rail, transportation, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of structures, geotechnical engineering, utilities, and depot facilities.
• Familiarity with design review processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical reporting capability.
• Knowledge of Saudi codes and approval processes preferred.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
