About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ENT (Otolaryngology) Consultant to join a prestigious private hospital in Riyadh. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive ENT care in a modern, well-equipped clinical environment with strong multidisciplinary support.

The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of adult and paediatric ENT conditions, contribute to clinical leadership, and participate in service development while enjoying a highly attractive, tax-free lifestyle.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a full range of ENT conditions

• Perform elective and emergency ENT procedures

• Conduct outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations

• Collaborate with audiology, speech therapy, and surgical teams

• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and clinical staff

• Maintain accurate medical documentation and clinical standards

• Participate in CME, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

✅ Candidate Requirements

Required:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or recognised equivalent in ENT

• Minimum 3 years’ post-certification experience

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred:

• Experience in a high-volume hospital or private setting

• Subspecialty interest (e.g. rhinology, otology, head & neck)
