Enterprise Architect

Requirements

• Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Design and oversee the implementation of IT solutions that support the organization's strategic direction.
  


• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the IT strategy and roadmap. Identify opportunities for technology innovation and improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance business capabilities.
  


• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address challenges, and ensure successful delivery of architecture solutions.
  


• Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  


• Solution Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, tools, and platforms that meet business needs and align with the architectural vision.
  


• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with architecture and technology implementation. Ensure that architecture solutions are resilient, secure, and scalable.
  


• Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, models, and specifications. Communicate architectural decisions and strategies effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) preferred.
  


• Experience: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
  


• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in modern technologies, cloud platforms, data management, and integration solutions.
  


• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to evaluate complex systems and provide innovative solutions.
  


• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-making.
