Job Description - Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Our client is a fast-growing Saudi SaaS start-up that’s helping shape the digital trust

infrastructure of the Saudi digital economy. Thousands of users rely on their platform to

securely manage and sign agreements. Their vision is to become a comprehensive solution

for E-signatures, digital agreements, and identity verification. Supported by investors and

rapidly expanding their team and customer base, they are looking for a driven Product

Manager to join their journey.

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to acquire and

manage key accounts within the government and public sector. The role focuses on driving

new business growth, expanding existing enterprise relationships, and positioning our

innovative SaaS solutions as strategic enablers for public organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise and

public sector segments

• Expand and manage existing customer accounts to drive long-term growth and

retention

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to

negotiation and closing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key

influencers (including C-level executives)

• Position Signit as a trusted, strategic, and long-term partner for enterprise

customers

• Develop and execute account plans and tailored sales strategies to address

customer needs and pain points

• Set, track, and achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with company objectives

• Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline through the

CRM system

Qualifications

• Saudi National or legal resident of Saudi Arabia

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development

within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

• Proven success in selling software, SaaS, or web-based solutions to large

enterprise accounts

• Strong existing network and relationships within Saudi Arabia, particularly across

public sector entities and PIF-related organizations

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to

engage senior executives

• Strong listening and consultative selling skills

• Fluency in both Arabic and English
