Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring stack emissions and air quality, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and contributing to pollution prevention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field measurements and sample collection for stack emissions and air quality monitoring.
• Operate and maintain environmental monitoring equipment and instrumentation.
• Assist in data analysis, report preparation, and documentation related to air quality and emissions.
• Collaborate with engineers and environmental scientists to implement air quality management practices.
• Maintain accurate records of monitoring activities and results.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations and standards related to air quality.

• Associate’s diploma in environmental science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in environmental monitoring, particularly with stack emissions and air quality.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in using analytical and monitoring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Driving license is mandatory. 

Preferred Skills:

• Qualified Source Testing Individual (QSTI) or similar certification.
• Experience with air sampling and analysis methods.
• Basic understanding of data analysis techniques related to air quality.
• Arabic speaking and Arabic report writing will be preferred.
