Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Lead/Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-wide Oracle EPM transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, solution architecture, enterprise financial planning, consolidation, reconciliation, profitability management, and master data governance.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance leadership, and technical teams to design scalable Oracle EPM solutions and lead successful implementations across global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and transformation initiatives.
  
• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle EPM applications.
  
• Design scalable solutions across FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS/EPCM, and SWP.
  
• Conduct solution workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  
• Define integration architecture with Oracle ERP Cloud and third-party applications.
  
• Lead technical design, security architecture, metadata management, and governance.
  
• Develop architecture standards, implementation best practices, and deployment strategies.
  
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, upgrades, and production support.
  
• Review business rules, calculation logic, Groovy scripts, and integrations.
  
• Lead quarterly Oracle Cloud update assessments and impact analysis.
  
• Mentor consultants and technical teams.
  
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution estimations, proposals, and client presentations.
  
• Ensure successful delivery of Oracle EPM projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
