Position Accountabilities
Responsible for supporting the ERM Program in the execution of the enterprise risk management framework and strategy throughout the organisation
Support 1st Line of Defence and 2nd Line of Defence activities to mature enterprise risk management programs
Enhance monitoring and reporting for ERM programs by gathering reporting data and assisting in the development of dashboards, key program performance indicators, and other metrics and reporting
Identify trends by analysing risk deficiencies, risk events, tests and exercises, including supporting root cause and lessons learned analysis
Leverage current industry best practices to understand emerging risks, and work to identify and implement continuous program improvement opportunities
Work closely with and develop relationships across the organisation, including those at the highest seniority levels
Ask probing questions and provide an effective challenge to organisational decision-makers.
Position Qualifications: Education & Experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree. A concentration in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of risk management-related experience with demonstrated proficiency and understanding of the principles of enterprise risk management.
Knowledge of risk and control identification and assessment.
Knowledge of risk monitoring and reporting practices.
Experience in the use of GRC tools or other risk tools is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution management and ability to effectively challenge at all levels of management and influence business outcomes.
Proven record of strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
CRMP or similar certification is a plus.
English language is required, and Arabic language is a plus.
Minimum Bachelor's degree. Concentration in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
