ERP Finance Functional, Analyst

Master Works is seeking a professional with 5 years of experience to support and enhance the Department Segment Hierarchy by maintaining changes with IT support in the General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy to reflect the updated organizational structure. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain changes with IT support in the General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy to reflect the updated organizational structure. 

• Collaborate closely with the HR Department to align the new organizational hierarchy with the financial GL structure. 

• Ensure all department codes were accurately captured. 

• Coordinate with the ERP support team to provide guidance and ensure the successful creation and deployment of the new hierarchy within the system. 

• 5 years of experience in supporting and enhancing department segment hierarchy and related financial systems. 

• Experience working with General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy. 

• Experience collaborating with HR and Finance teams to align organizational and financial structures. 

• Experience ensuring department codes and related data are accurately captured. 

• Experience coordinating with ERP support teams for system implementation and deployment. 

• Strong understanding of organizational hierarchy and financial GL structures. 

• Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
