ERP Techno-Functional Engineer

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Proven track record with at least 2+ full-cycle ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Application Owner for ERP systems, ensuring reliability, compliance, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement tailored ERP solutions.
• Manage end-to-end ERP integrations with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit standards related to ERP operations.
• Handle vendor management, including coordination for issue resolution, upgrades, and service delivery.
• Generate and maintain operational and performance reports to support business decision-making.

Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with key business modules including:
1. Finance
2. Procurement
3. Human Resources (HR)
4. Supply Chain Management

• Solid understanding of system integration, reporting, and business process mapping.
