Etimad Portal Consultant

SWEATER is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Etimad Portal Consultant to manage all aspects of our activities on the Etimad portal. This part-time freelance role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with the platform and can efficiently handle our government procurement processes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage company registration, profile updates, and documentation on the Etimad platform.
• Identify and submit tenders, proposals, and relevant opportunities.
• Handle classification, bidding, and contract follow-ups.
• Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and correspondence through Etimad.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate internally to gather necessary documents and approvals.
• Provide regular reports on submitted and awarded tenders.

• Proven experience using the Etimad platform (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of government tendering processes in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional communication in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
• Based in Saudi Arabia, with the ability to attend occasional on-site meetings if needed.
