Requirements

Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic

Contribute to initiatives that enhance nursing practices and patient safety.

Support development of protocols to improve care quality and operational efficiency.

Drive high staff engagement and patient experience.

Promote nurse empowerment through the Nursing Professional Practice Model.
Operational

Deliver high-quality care, especially in complex cases.

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and evaluate patient outcomes.

Meet Level 3 Clinical Advancement Program requirements (20 points in 4+ categories annually).
