We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of our fintech startup. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, managing incoming communications, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing requests. Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, and ensuring all commitments are met. Prepare and organize materials for meetings and conferences attended by the CEO, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up as needed. Assist the CEO in drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Conduct research and gather information on various topics as assigned by the CEO, providing summaries, analysis, and recommendations as needed. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO's interests and priorities as needed. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives in the fintech or technology industry. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Proactive and resourceful problem solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
