- Trainand mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performanceandprofessionalism.
- Collaboratewith management to develop and implement strategies for achievingculinary excellence and guestsatisfaction.
- Stayupdated on industry trends and best practices and continuouslystrive for improvement and innovation in culinaryofferings.
Requirements
1)Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalentqualifications.
2)Minimum of 5 years experience as Chef or a ChiefCook.
3)Overall 10 years experience including five years experience infirstclass restaurants prime palaces and/or fivestarhotels.
4)Preferably currently be in an Executive Chef position and havecontactablereferences.
5)Excellent oral and written English languageskills.
6)Basic Arabic language skills are an added advantagewithfull knowledge in managing and maintaining supervising the overallkitchen.
