This pivotal role entails managing all commercial aspects of the Roads Program, ensuring strategic alignment with broader company objectives. You will lead a talented team in the planning, execution, and management of commercial operations related to roadway infrastructure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with best practices.

The Executive Director will also collaborate cross-functionally to engage with key stakeholders, government entities, and partners, fostering robust relationships that bolster project success. Additionally, your financial acumen will be instrumental in budget management and cost control across all parts of the Roads Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for the Roads Program, aligning them with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage the commercial team, ensuring best practices in contract negotiation, project management, and financial oversight.
• Oversee budget development, financial forecasting, and cost management performance across the Roads Program.
• Engage with government stakeholders and project partners to ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals for infrastructure works.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to road development.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal departments to streamline project execution.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to the executive leadership team.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial management within infrastructure development, particularly road construction.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams in a complex environment.
• Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia.
