Executive Director - Delivery - Mixed-Use

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Executive Director - Delivery - Mixed-Use to spearhead the planning and execution of our mixed-use development projects. This vital role will ensure that these projects not only meet but exceed quality, budgetary, and timing expectations, contributing significantly to our vision of establishing Qiddiya as a premier destination for entertainment and leisure.

As the Executive Director for Mixed-Use Delivery, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of diverse projects that integrate residential, commercial, and recreational elements. Your strategic oversight will be key in advancing our development timelines while aligning with the overall corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of mixed-use development projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
• Develop project delivery frameworks that optimize efficiency, quality, and sustainability across all mixed-use initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and stakeholders to create innovative designs that reflect the vision of Qiddiya.
• Establish and enforce project schedules, budgets, and risk management protocols, adapting strategies as necessary to meet project demands.
• Engage with local communities and authorities to ensure project alignment with regional development goals and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously assess project performance, making data-driven recommendations to enhance overall delivery effectiveness.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the delivery teams, encouraging professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Present project updates and insights to the executive team and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on mixed-use developments.
• Proven success in leading large-scale, complex mixed-use projects from planning through to completion.
• Strong leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• In-depth knowledge of mixed-use project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments effectively.
• A passion for innovative design and sustainable development practices.
