Executive Secretary for a manager for a major company at Dammam kSA
Responsibilities
• Maintain agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings etc.
• Receive calls and Handle all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.)
• Make travel arrangements and prepare payments
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in secretarial work not less than 5 years as a secretary for a Manager in a major company
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in using Office programs ( word/excel/power point / photoshop )
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• communication and negotiation abilities
