1.Executive Support:
Act as theprimary point of contact between the Managing Director andinternal/external stakeholders.
Manage the Managing Directors calendar appointments and prioritizemeetings.
Prepare and distributemeeting agendas presentations andreports.
2.Communication Hub:
Ensureefficient communication flow within the organization linking bothHORECA and Real Estate Developmentsectors.
Handle correspondenceincluding emails letters and phonecalls.
Coordinate communicationbetween the Managing Director and departmentheads.
3.Information Management:
Maintainconfidential records and documents exercising discretion andconfidentiality.
Conduct researchcompile data and prepare reports as requested by the ManagingDirector.
4.Travel and Event Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate the Managing Directors travel plansincluding itineraries accommodation andtransportation.
Assist inorganizing company events and meetings both internally andexternally.
5.Documentation and Filing:
Manageand organize documents contracts and agreements related to bothbusiness lines.
Ensure accuratefiling and retrieval of importantrecords.
6.Interdepartmental Liaison:
Fosterpositive working relationships with teams in the HORECA and RealEstate Development sectors.
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and informationsharing.
