Expert - Smart City (MAS355)

We are looking for a Business Architect Expert to develop and maintain business architecture artifacts that connect strategy to delivery for smart-city initiatives. You will model capabilities, value streams, organization, and information concepts, ensuring traceability to requirements and measurable outcomes.

• Elicit and model capabilities and value streams for target domains; identify gaps, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Map business architecture to policies, products/services, metrics, and initiatives; support portfolio and roadmap decisions.
• Define information concepts and stewardship; align with open context standards (e.g., NGSI-LD) where relevant.
• Contribute to operating model design (roles, RACI, governance cadences) aligned with smart-city best practices.
• Support reviews, PoCs, and pilots to validate business outcomes and assumptions.
• Maintain ArchiMate views and ensure traceability from requirements to services, applications, and data.
• Produce clear documentation and communicate findings to both non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
• Must be experience with one or more (Archi, Bizzdesign HoriZZon, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Avolution ABACUS, Orbus iServer Cloud, MEGA HOPEX, LeanIX EAM, Ardoq.
