• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline relevant to the position.
• Professional certifications and memberships such as PMP, MRICS, LEED, or relevant engineering council registration are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience on major construction, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects.
• Previous experience with a PMC, Supervision Consultant, or Contractor.
• Stable career history with progressive responsibilities relevant to the position is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
